Linda Wheeler -

Linda Wheeler is a lifetime resident of Shelby County. She came to work at Golden Eye Clinic in 1992. Linda received her LVN degree from Panola College.

She also has a certificate in Holistic Nutritional Counseling. These two achievements help her in her job as a technician and as our in house counselor on health issues.

Linda has been our COO since June of 2014.

 

 

 

Stephanie Hernandez -

Stephanie Hernandez is one of the first smiling faces you will see when you walk through the door. She is the front desk receptionist and prepares all your insurance and paperwork to get you ready to see the doctor. She also answers the phone and makes appointments. Stephanie has been with the practice since June 2014.

She is a Center ISD graduate and has been married since 2013. In her leisure time, she likes to travel.

 

 

Debbi Gragg -

Debbi Gragg has worked for Golden Eye Clinic since 2006. She enjoys her job and finds it very rewarding. She presently works at the front desk, checking in patients, verifying insurance, answering the phone and making appointments. She is also cross trained to work in the optical to dispense and repair glasses.

She is married to Ronnie.

Reagan Clifton -

Regan Clifton is a Timpson graduate and has served in our US Navy. She is responsible for exam testing before you see the doctor. She is also cross trained to help you with glasses repair, adjustments, and dispensing.

 

 

 

 

 

Leanne Chambliss -

Leanne Chambliss is an ABO Certified Optician, and is our optical manager. LeAnn has been an optician with Golden Eye Clinic since 2006.

She has a friendly personality and will gladly help you select a frame perfect for you. She is very knowledgeable and is up to date on the latest lens technology.

Leanne is married to Phillip and they have two children, Nolan and Kara.

Tim Lowe -

Tim Lowe is one of our optical technicians as well as our Information Technology Manager. He has been with Golden Eye Clinic since May of 2006. He keeps our computers up to date and functioning. He will be glad to help you in your need of eyewear, from adjusting your frame to fit comfortably to choosing a new frame. Tim is married to Ada and they have two young children.

 

 

 

 

 

Melody Golden -

Melody Golden has worked off and on at Golden Eye Clinic for the past 33 years. As Office Manager you may see her in any station of the office.

Melody and Dr. Golden were high school sweethearts and celebrate 32 years of marriage. They have three children. Their oldest son, David is an architect and his wife Ashley works as a cosmetologist. They live and work in Lufkin. In 2012, they blessed the family with two grandsons, Gavin and Mason and They are the center of attention anywhere they go. Their second son, Eric, recently graduated from Texas A&M Health Science Center with a M.D. He is currently doing his residence at University of Arkansas Health Science Center in Little Rock. Their daughter, Kasey, graduated from UT in Austin and Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville.

 

 

Al Posey -

Al Posey is the manager of our optical lab. He has been with Golden Eye Clinic since 1989. He takes care of all the equipment that we use to fabricate your lenses to fit your frame of choice. Al has been in the optical business for over 40 years and has seen many changes in eye wear. Al loves playing classical and jazz guitar and plays in a band occasionally.

 

 

 

 

 

Wanda Jones -

Wanda Jones has worked at Golden Eye Clinic since 1999 in the optical lab. Her job as a lab technician is to take the prescription and the selected frames and custom make the lenses to fit your optical needs. She may also be seen in the optical dispensing your new eyewear.
